Kübler thanks its employees!

Our managing directors Gebhard and Lothar Kübler and Martin Huth were able to thank a total of 15 jubilarians for all together 260 years of loyality to the company at our anniversary celebration on October 11, 2023.

As in the previous year, the venue for the event was the 'Gasthaus zum Hirschen', where all those celebrating anniversaries were invited with their companions. The individual anniversaries spanned 35, 20 and 15 years with the company. Between the various courses of the menu, the jubilarians were honored and acknowledged by their superiors and the management with personal words for their commitment over the past decades. Of course, there were also special company gifts, which the honorees were delighted to receive.

"Nowadays, it is not a matter of course for employees to work for the same company for so long. For this reason, we are very proud and grateful today," said the three managing directors at the event. Looking back, Gebhard Kübler draws a very positive conclusion: "We not only enjoyed an excellent dinner, but above all had many good conversations with our jubilarians and their partners, during which we not only looked gratefully into the past, but also joyfully into the future. I can truly say that the appreciation was mutual, we enjoyed an evening in a very good atmosphere and look back on it with a lot of energy and good feelings".

Kübler is committed to retaining its employees in the long term and working successfully with them.
